By accessing or using the TrackCent application and website (the "Service"), operated by TrackCent ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TrackCent is an AI-powered expense tracking application that allows users to scan receipts, categorize expenses, track spending across currencies, and generate reports. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by TrackCent and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you upload (such as receipts) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

TrackCent uses artificial intelligence to process receipts and categorize expenses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-processed data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-processed data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackCent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TrackCent is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or accounting advice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
