Subscription Terms

TrackCent offers the following plans:

Free Plan: Up to 14 AI receipt scans and 50 text expense entries per month, manual expense entry, and basic reports.

Premium Plan (TrackCent Unlimited): Unlimited AI-powered receipt scanning, unlimited text entry, multi-currency support, advanced analytics, CSV/PDF export, and priority support.

Plan details, features, and pricing are displayed in the app and may be updated from time to time.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen billing period (monthly or annual).

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes. TrackCent does not directly process payments — all transactions are handled by the respective app store.

We may offer a free trial period for Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Free trials are limited to one per user and per Apple ID or Google account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel: - iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TrackCent → Cancel - Android: Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → TrackCent → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until then.

Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. TrackCent does not process refunds directly.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the relevant app store or reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after notice is provided. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. If we materially reduce the features included in your subscription plan, we will provide notice and you may cancel for a pro-rated refund.

Your subscription is tied to your TrackCent account. If you delete your account, your subscription should be cancelled separately through the app store to avoid continued billing.

Data associated with Premium features (such as cloud backups) may become inaccessible if you downgrade to the Free plan.
