TrackCent uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process your data. Specifically:

Google Gemini (Google LLC): When you scan a receipt or enter a text transaction, the image or text is sent to Google's Gemini API (gemini-2.5-flash model) for parsing and categorization. Google processes this data in accordance with the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Receipt images and transaction text may be transmitted to Google's servers for this purpose.

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Receipt images are temporarily stored on AWS S3 (Amazon Simple Storage Service) for processing. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

By using TrackCent's receipt scanning and text input features, you consent to your data being processed by these third-party AI services. You may choose not to use these features if you do not wish your data to be processed in this manner.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Receipt images and financial data are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

AI Service Providers: Google LLC (Gemini API) for receipt and text processing, as described in Section 4.

Infrastructure Providers: Amazon Web Services for secure data storage and processing.
